Our Supply Chain.
Upcycled Accessories: We partner up with factories that share similar values that produce for the traditional fashion industry and craft products from materials from discarded materials that would otherwise be incinerated or dumped in landfills. Our experience R&D team work tirelessly to craft designs that would be both premium and fashionable. Overall, our upcycled collection reduces carbon footprint by up to 97% when compared to accessories made from newly produced materials.
Fashion - A Problem to the environment.
Fast fashion in particular, has given the consumer the opportunity to buy more, for less. Consumption of textiles has quadrupled creating waste management problem our environment can't keep up with. In totality, écotorie anticipates a cumulative of 13 million tons of synthetic fibers to be dumped into our Oceans and landfills. Out of which, 85% of materials could be re-used. At écotorie, we believe in creating high quality timeless products while ensuring we care of the environment at every stage of the supply chain.
Partner factories
Our organic leather is sourced from LWG-certified tanneries, which, on average, consume 35% less water, 48% less energy, and 95% fewer hazardous chemicals. Additionally, the assembly points for our products are socially and environmentally certified by global audit bodies such as SMETA and SEDEX. At écotorie, we are committed to ethical and sustainable practices, ensuring fair living wages, proper working conditions, and rigorous health and safety measures for all workers.
Hardware and Packaging
We make sure we backtrack each and every material that we use in our products. Our hardware is free from metals such as lead, cadmium and nickel which are harmful for both human health and the environment. Our packaging materials are made of 100% recycled craft paper and organic cotton dust bags.

écotorie believes in taking small, achievable steps to combat a much larger problem. The balanced functioning of ecosystem is pivotal for us and future generations.
